Privacy Policy

CarrierGate uses account, organization, billing, and carrier-check data to provide booking-time carrier decision support and saved proof records.

Information we collect

• Account details such as name, work email, company name, and sign-in identifiers.
• Organization and membership data used to control shared CarrierGate access.
• Carrier check inputs, results, decision records, timestamps, and saved audit history.
• Billing identifiers and subscription state from Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe, not CarrierGate.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate users, run carrier checks, preserve proof records, manage subscriptions, support customers, and protect the service from misuse.

Data sharing

We share data with service providers required to operate the product, including Supabase for application data and Stripe for billing. We do not sell customer data.

Carrier-check records

CarrierGate records are point-in-time decision support artifacts. They are intended for operational review and audit history, not as a substitute for your own carrier review.
