Terms of Use
CarrierGate provides booking-time carrier decision support and saved proof records for freight teams. By using CarrierGate, you agree to use the service responsibly and to keep final booking decisions under your own operational judgment.
Decision support only
CarrierGate does not approve carriers or guarantee future carrier behavior. Results are point-in-time records based on available source data and the checks performed at the time of use.
Subscription and usage
- New eligible organizations receive 15 free successful checks.
- CarrierGate Monthly is $79/month and includes 200 successful checks per billing cycle.
- Same-day reruns for the same carrier within the same organization do not count again.
- PASS, WARN, and FAIL are successful checks for usage purposes. UNAVAILABLE does not count.
Cancellation
Owners may schedule cancellation at the end of the current billing period. Paid access remains active until the period end unless the subscription otherwise becomes inactive.
Acceptable use
You may not use CarrierGate to interfere with the service, bypass usage controls, misrepresent results, or access another organization's records without authorization.
